Adele Ruth Gibson

Psalm 27 The Lord is my light, my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid. Adele Ruth Gibson, 84, of Franklin County, VA passed away Monday, February 25, 2019. She was born November 18, 1934 the daughter of the late Aaron Pritt and Fondella Ruth Acton Pritt. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Jess Hayes and Marvin Gibson. Surviving are her three children, Pam Jessee, Beverly Mills (Dennis), Clinton Snider; three grandchildren, Crystal Hayes (Keith Barksdale), Brian Pulliam (Susan), Christina Flowers (Conrad); seven great grandchildren; sister, Romona Goldsmith. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Richards officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. before the service.
