Albert R. “Toe-Joe” Hall, age 70 of Penhook, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013 from Free Saints Holiness Tabernacle Church in Penhook with Pastor Belle Robertson officiating. Arrangements by Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Ave, Rocky Mount.
