Allen Pursin Trail

Allen Pursin Trail, age 78, of Ferrum, VA passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014. He was born June 7, 1936 the son of the late Tanny Trail and Sarah Shively Trail Gillespie. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Trail. He worked for many years at Leo Scott Cabinet Company. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Louise Trail; two sons, Matt Trail and wife, Paula, John Trail and wife, Liza; daughter, Mary Vest and husband, John; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; two step grandsons; special niece; two sisters, Tiny Crum and husband, Wilson, Corinna Peters. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Calvin Hickson officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
