Alvin Eugene Tosh

Alvin Eugene Tosh, age 53 of Rocky Mount (formerly Snow Creek Section of Franklin County) passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 in the local hospital due to final stages of cancer. Alvin was born on September 3, 1963, a son of the late Alvin Junior and Geraldine Yopp Stegall. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Tosh. Alvin is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends including a special aunt, Diane Wright; and special friend, Derek Layman; and his half-sister, Brenda Wheaton. A memorial graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 2228 Circle Creek Road, Penhook with Pastor Derek Layman officiating.
