Annie Gertrude Smith

Annie Gertrude Smith, age 93, of Wirtz, VA passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015. She was born June 27, 1921 the daughter of the late Jake Lester Dillon and Hessie Anna Sink Dillon. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Tansey Smith. Surviving are two daughters, Faye Wilson and husband, Everett, Linda Musgrove and husband, Tommy; four sons, Wayne Smith and fiancée, Pauline, Roger Smith and wife, Janice, David Smith and fiancée, Sandy, Bobby Smith and wife, Mary Jane; ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; sixteen great great grandchildren; one step grandchild; two step great grandchildren; special friends and caregivers, Kathy and Joe Bandy. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. Denver Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
