Billie Morgan Barlow

Billie Morgan Barlow, age 90, formerly of Sacramento, CA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 2, 2018. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK, on May 5, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ralph Linwood Barlow. She is survived by her children, Barbara (Rick) Nathan, Cathy Codington, and Jim (Jamie) Barlow, eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. Billie’s quick wit complemented her passion for laughter and playing games with loved ones. Her hobbies of crossword puzzles, fishing, and singing have filtered down through her children and grandchildren. And, as an avid candy consumer, her love for See’s lollypops will be carried on through her grandchildren. The memorial service will be held at Eagle Christian Church in Eagle, Idaho on June 22, 2019. She will be laid to rest next to Ralph in the Veteran’s Cemetery in Dixon, CA. Receiving of guests will be at her children’s respective homes. In lieu of flowers, Billie would like donations to the Vinton Baptist Church Youth Group, 219 E.
