Billy Woolard, age 70 of Wirtz passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015. He was born on July 26, 1945 in Maryland and was preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife Sherrie. Billie worked for Bedford County for 20 years and loved riding his motorcycles. He is survived by his sons Chris and Dawn Joseph, Justin and Terri Joseph; five grandchildren Ashley, Andrew, Gary, Mattie and Zoie. Billy also leaves behind many beloved friends. “We love you Papa.
