Brian Lee Worrell

Brian Lee Worrell, age 38 of Glade Hill (Redwood Community) died Friday, June 27, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father Timothy Worrell; and a special uncle, David Carter. Spending time with his family was the joy of his life and he was also an avid fan of NASCAR, Dale, Jr. and loved spending time at the beach. He is survived by his daughters Mariah Lynn and Sydney Drew Worrell; mother and step-father, Debra C. and David Kanode; sisters, Jessica Worrell Martin, Catrina Caldwell; grandparents, Cameron and Reta Carter and Edna Worrell; his great-grandmother that he was so proud of, Eliza (Sis) Carter. He is also survived by his aunts, Jamie Simpkins, Pam Foster, Wendi Morgan; uncles, Randy Worrell, Michael and Jimmy Carter and special uncle, Ricky Cline; one nephew, Casey Lee Martin and a number of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Graveside services will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 1, 2014. The family will receive friends prior to the service Tuesday, At Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, from 11:30 to 12:30.
