C. Marvin Pete Pasley

Clarence Marvin “Pete” Pasley, age 82, of Union Hall, VA passed away Friday, October 11, 2013. He was born December 14, 1930 the son of the late Irl Pasley and Norma Hodges Pasley. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service. His wife, Mamie Lawhorn Pasley, preceded him in death. Surviving are three nephews, Larry Draper of Staunton, VA, Byron Lynn Draper of Roanoke, Michael Draper of Bedford; good family friend, Donna Anderson of Penhook, VA. He was born and raised in Union Hall and will be remembered by his many friends there. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Dr. Jackie Spence officiating. Interment with military honors by the U. S. Army will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
