Charles Randolph "Randy" Dalton

Charles Randolph “Randy” Dalton, 62, of Wirtz, VA passed away, Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was born July 25, 1956 the son of Charles Red Dalton and Joan Marie Robertson Quinn and retired with 20 years of service from the U.S. Navy and later retired as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for Tennessee Valley Authority and he had an Associates Degree in Human Resources. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shawn Gann. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Joan and Ivan Quinn; father and step-mother, Charles and Patricia Dalton; son, Christopher Dalton; daughters, Aubrey Hasler (Aaron), Jessica Smith (Justin), Amanda Simons (Kyle); seven grandchildren, Cadence Dalton, Liam Dalton, Gavin Hasler, Lochlan Hasler, William Smith, Jude Smith, Eden Simmons; his siblings, Coleman Dalton, Todd Dalton, Sandra Webster and Ricky Quinn. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, May 3, 2019 at Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery with Justin Smith officiating. Services will conclude with military honors. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM Friday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home.
