Charles Hambrick

Charles T. Hambrick, Jr. age 72, of Rocky Mount, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009. He was born December 5, 1937, to the late Charlie and Ella Hambrick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Hambrick and Joe Hambrick, and one brother-in-law, Billy Wright. Surviving are his loving wife of 51 years Doris Musgrove Hambrick; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Margie Hambrick, P.D. and Mittie Hambrick, Carl and Teresa Hambrick; seven sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Walter Young, Bonnie and Jake Washburn, Clara and Lawrence Dalton, Judy and Beverly Brooks, Doris and Skip Bowles, Juanita Wright, Helen Bolling; numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Victoria Smithers, Annie Hodges, Archie Tommy Musgrove and Linda, Ellen Turner and Eugene, Walter Musgrove and Kathy, James Wayne Musgrove and Rosie, and Betty Nuckolds and Larry; three aunts, Christine Dillon, Betty and Larry Hollandsworth, and Irene Arrington; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 with Rev. Bill Doss officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery.
