Nathaniel Chase Barbour, “Chase” age 38 of Rocky Mount went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October, 8, 2020. Chase was born on April 25, 1982 in Rocky Mount. He enjoyed working at McPeak Supply where he was a warehouse manager. Chase loved being outdoors, all types of racing “Ol Heavy”, wrestling, and he was an avid sports fan…”GO TARHEELS” Anyone who knew Chase knew that he had a heart of gold and made friendships that would last forever. He was preceded in death by his granny, Ellen Barbour of Rocky Mount. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Kenny and Michelle Barbour; fiancé Maygen Shively and her son who he adored, Sterling. He is also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2020 in the Carter Family Cemetery on Republican Church Road in Ferrum with Pastor Joe Nunley officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Avenue (Town Chapel), Rocky Mount. “I LOVE YOU SON… EVERYBODY DOES”
