Christopher Karac Fitzgerald

Christopher Karac Fitzgerald age 37 of Rocky Mount passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Frances Myers, Clifton Fitzgerald; cousins, Brad Myers and Kenny Fitzgerald. He is survived by his son, Ethyn Silas Fitzgerald; mother and stepfather, Kaye and Rodney Sigmon; sisters, MacKenzie Sigmon, Heather Powell (Chris) and children, Noah, Jacob and Isaiah; brother, Bryle Fitzgerald; stepsister, Samantha Adkins (Dale) and children; stepbrother, Jason Sigmon (Deborah) and children; father, Roger Fitzgerald (Fran); grandmother, Edna Fitzgerald; Christopher’s aunts & uncles, Peggy Marsden and children, Steve Myers (Debbie) and children, Richard Myers (Teresa) and children, Gerald Myers (Arlene) and children; and many friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to help with expenses which can be made to his mother, Kaye or to the funeral home. Funeral services will conducted 7 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2017 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. His family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5 pm until service time at 7 pm.
