David Burton Parcell, age 90, of Rocky Mount, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013. He was born September 7, 1922, the son of the late David Allen and Ada Williams Parcell. He was the last of nine children. Burton was a caring and kind person that loved to read His Bible and believed what he read…He was a Christian man. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted from Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 11:00 AM Friday, August 2, 2013.
