David Lane Robertson

David Lane Robertson, age 60 of Ferrum, passed away, Friday August 30, 2019. He was born June 27, 1959 to the late Clarence and Naomi Robertson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Wanda Robertson. Surviving is his loving companion and Angel of mercy Nancy Jones; loving friends in Ferrum; brothers and sisters, Brenda Secord (Paul), Gilda Compton (JC), Dwight Robertson, James Robertson (Beth), Betty Merchant (Keith). His family would like to thank the nurses at Carillion Hospice of Franklin County,especially Susan Mabe. In lieu of food and flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (town chapel) with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Lynch Conner-Bowman at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Ave., Rocky Mount.
