Dillard Lawson Nolen

Dillard Lawson Nolen, age 80, of Rocky Mount, VA passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017. He was born November 18, 1937 the son of the late G.C. “Buster” and Vera Whitlock Nolen. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Warren H. and Diane S. Nolen; sister, Betty N. Willis; Nieces, Leslie Nolen and Stacy Lee Nolen; great nieces and nephew, Ella, Eli and Elin; other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin County Rescue Squad 147 W Court St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday at Conner Bowman Funeral Home (Rt. 220 Chapel) with Pastor Jeff Wray officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. before the service starts at the funeral home.
