Doris Ernestine Nichols Tosh

Doris Ernestine Nichols Tosh, age 78 of Rocky Mount passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010. She was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother who will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her father Sammy T. Nichols; grandparents, Joe and Kebbie Coleman; and two brothers, Raymond Sink and Herbert Nichols. Surviving are her children, Doris T. and John T. LaPrade, Susan T. and Terry Farris, Sr., James Wayne Tosh and Ronald Anthony and Sherry Tosh; her grandchildren, KaRenda LaPrade, Terry (T.J.) Farris, Jr., Jamie Farris, Savannah Farris, Jessica Seiber, Amy and Kevin Nunn, Samantha Tosh and Christina Tosh; her great-granddaughter, Cora Nunn; numerous friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
