Douglas James "DJ" Hall

Douglas James "DJ" Hall, age 31 of Callaway, passed away October 15, 2021. DJ was born March 4, 1990. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather James Harvey Yopp; mother-in-law Melissa Stewart; paternal grandparents Charles Benedict Hall and Beverly Hall. DJ was a driver for Nexhaul Trailer Company. He loved fishing, hunting and racing. He would always put others needs before his own. Surviving is his wife Leah Hall; son Nicholas Hall; step-daughter Courtney Carriker; parents Douglas and Linda Hall; sister Andrea Hall; grandmother Marie Yopp; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Tuesday from Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (Rt. 220 Chapel). His family will be receiving friends from 6-7 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 62 Virginia Market Place Drive, Rocky Mount, VA.
