Eddie B. Reynolds

Eddie B. Reynolds, 58, formerly of Rocky Mount, lost his battle with cancer and went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at his home, surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his father, BJ Reynolds. Ed was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He worked for Flowers Baking Co. and developed many lifelong friendships with his coworkers. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and loved bowling and playing his guitars. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend and he will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory are parents, Lola & Roy McGuire; son, Brock Reynolds & wife Carey; daughter, Dawn Joseph & husband Chris; three brothers, Kenneth Reynolds, Michael McGuire & wife Maggie, Danny McGuire & wife Karen; nephew, Lance Reynolds; and beloved granddaughter, Hayley Reynolds. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to Terri Reynolds and Marlene Martel for helping to care for Ed during his final days. Thanks also to Amedisys Hospice for their wonderful staff, care, and support. Private services were held for loved ones.
