Stars in the Heavens are shining brighter as Edith Juanita Arrington, age 55 of Rocky Mount gained her Angel Wings on Saturday, August 6, 2016.
Edith was born on March 17, 1961 a daughter of the late James H. (Jim) and Virginia Hilda Turner Arrington. She enjoyed her friendship with everyone, always had a kind word to share and was a caring soul who loved her Lord, family, friends. She had a special place in her heart for animals. Edith will be greatly missed by all.
Surviving are her sister, Virginia Eunice (Ginny) McDaniels and husband, Dean; nephew, Nicholas McDaniels; brother, Joseph K. Arrington; nieces, Tammy Goss, Crystal Arrington and Annalea Arrington; three great-nephews; one great-niece and several other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Home 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2016 with Rev. Judith Short officiating. Interment will follow in the Arrington Family Cemetery.
