Elton W. Law, Sr. age 76, of Glade Hill, VA passed away Monday, April 7, 2014. He was born January 17, 1938 the son of the late E. Herman Law and Vernie Perdue Law. He was preceded in death by a step grandchild, Brittany. He was the owner/operator of a Tobacco Warehouse in Brookneal; a mail carrier; he operated heavy equipment and was a lifelong farmer. Surviving are five sons, Elton Law, Jr., H. Pasley Law and wife, Sherry, Richard Law, Kenny Law and wife, Tammy, Donald Law; daughter, Frances Lenora Law and fiance, Wayne Ferguson; nine grandchildren, Kolton Law, Ashland Law, Leslie Law, Julie Law, William Law, Hunter Law, Brittany Law, Davanna Law, Elizabeth Vernielee Law; step grandchildren, Victoria and Riley Sky Morgan; great grandchild, Madison Belle Hall; the mother of his children, Elnora Pasley Law; special friend, Cheryl Adkins. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the charity of your choice. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Pasley officiating. Interment will follow in the Law Family Cemetery, Glade Hill. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
