Eugene Lovelace Shelton

Eugene Lovelace Shelton, age 80, of Henry, VA passed away peacefully Thursday, January 28, 2016 with his nieces by his side. He was born April 3, 1935. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hortense S. Keaton; step father, Richard Keaton; sister, Faye Lewis. Surviving are three nieces, Linda Dalton (Larry), Brenda Carter (Phillip), Janet Robertson (Jerry); nephew, Leonard Lewis; half sister, Dicie Boyd; several special great nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Henry Memorial Park with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home before the service.
