Everette Lee Peters

Everette Lee Peters, age 82, of Boones Mill passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at his home. He was born July 8, 1930, in Boones Mill. He was the husband to the late Dorothy Roberson Peters, son of the late Charles and Blanche M. Peters. Survivors include two sons, Victor W. Peters (Robin) of Boones Mill; James A. Peters of Boones Mill; one daughter, Donna P. Zeigler (Carey) of Union Hall; four grandchildren, Michelle S. Gilbert, Jessica Peters, Stephanie H. Pendleton, and Staci Hudson; two Great-grandsons, Tristan and Noah; step great grandson, Jacob; one great granddaughter, Teagan; and special little buddy, Landon. He has three survivinig sisters, Rachel Pring, Betty Snead, and Flora Anne P. Chittum. Graveside service will be conducted at Franklin Memorial Park by Rev. Joe Dillon on Wednesday July 11 at 2:00 pm. The family suggest memorials be made to COPD Research, or Carilion Hospice Services of Franklin County.
