Frances Scott Webb, age 86, formerly of Franklin County passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in Snellville, Georgia. The Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 Noon Friday at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church in Martinsville with Father Mark White officiating. Interment will follow in the Mason Family Cemetery, Coopers Mountain Road, Martinsville, VA. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Avenue, Rocky Mount, VA
