Gregory E. Wilkins

Gregory E. Wilkins (73) of Callaway, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Nov 12, 2022.  He was born on Sep 8, 1949 in Ogden, Utah.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Thomas and Twila Gene Wilkins.  He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Teresa M. Wilkins and his two children, son, Jason M. Wilkins ( wife Jennifer) and daughter, Julie M. Wilkins.  He is survived by 5 grandchildren, Elijah, Madylin, Emersyn, Kensington and Isaiah Thornton.  He is also survived by sisters, Jeri Ann Marks, Coleen Coker and brothers David Hansen, William Dore’ (deceased), Shawn Hogan and Chris Hogan; and many nieces and nephews.  He also leaves behind his faithful canine companion, Buster Brown.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Nov 17, from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (Rt. 220 Chapel).  Funeral services will be held on Friday, Nov 18 at 1:00pm at the funeral home with Bishop John Dubyk officiating.  Graveside will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton VA with military honors.
