Harold Iveran Donahue

Harold Iveran Donahue, age 82 of Boones Mill passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at his home. Harold attended both Clearbrook Brethren and Boones Mill Baptist Church where he was a member and served as Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Frances Guthrie Donahue; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Frank Cavazos; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald W. and Rita Donahue; grandchildren, Kimberly and Sarah Donahue, Michael Hill; sister, Madeline and Otis Bradbury and Barbara Maxey. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the entire staff of Carilion Roanke Memorial Hospital, Blue Ridge Cancer Care, and Carilion Hospice for their kindness and support. Funeral services will be conducted from Boones Mill Baptist Church 11 a.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011 with Dr. Richard D. Harrell, Sr. and Rev. Paul Sink officiating.
