Henry J. Holtzapfel

Henry J. Holtzapfel, age 89, of Beckley, West Virginia, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, December 5, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Gertrude Holtzapfel; his loving wife of 68 years, Imogene Day Holtzapfel; a daughter, Jackie Smith; brother Leo Frank Holtzapfel; sisters, Jacqueline Holtzapfel and Barbara Ann Colson; and a niece, Trudy Holtzapfel. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Holtzapfel Murphy, Ginny Simpkins, and Recinnia (Cindy) Wray (Mark); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Brizendine (Duane), Chris Simpkins (Carolyn), Steven Wray, Amanda Wright (David), and Laura Wray; great-grandchildren, Aimee Brizendine, Dannie Brizendine, Kimberly Perdue, Haylie Wright, Colton Wray, James Perdue, Hayden Wright; his special niece, Conney McCartney. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
