Howard "HG" Crook, age 74 of Ferrum, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. Mr. Crook is survived by his wife of 44 years Hattie Crook; a son Jeffrey Crook and his wife Jodi. Graveside services will be held 2: 00 p.m. Thursday at Union Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. Arrangements by Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, Rocky Mount, VA.
