Hunter Wayne Cumbie

Hunter Wayne Cumbie age 7 of Rocky Mount passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was a student at Lee M. Waid Elementary. Hunter was preceded in death by his father, Michael B. Cumbie, Sr.; and his great-grandmother, Connie Hicks. He is survived by his grandmother, Alice M. Ebel; brother, Michael B. Cumbie, Jr.; sisters, Emily Nicole Cumbie, Ava Dalton, Autumn Dalton and Bonnie Dalton; great-grandfather, Rufus Hicks; aunt, Brittany Cumbie; uncle, Dakota Cumbie; mother, Lois Delp; other family members and friends. A celebration of his life will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Rocky Mount First Church of the Brethren with Pastor John Collins officiating. Arrangements by Conner-Bowman Funeral Home
