Isabelle Morris Johnson

Isabelle Morris Johnson age 85 of Rocky Mount passed away on March 10, 2025 at her home. She was born on March 26, 1939 in Danville, Virginia a daughter of the late Monroe and Myrtle Morris. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Richard Johnson, and a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.

A woman of deep faith, Isabelle was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her spirituality was a a guiding force in her life, shaping her values and the kindness she extended to those around her. She found great joy in her family and cherished the time spent with them.

Isabelle is survived by her daughter, Cyndi Spellman (Gary); her son, Timothy Johnson; her brother, David Morris (Ginger); six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard Johnson; her parents; a son, Michael Johnson.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Service will be private.
