Jackie Steven Pendleton

Jackie Steven Pendleton “Steve” or “High Pockets” age 49, passed away September 10, 2013. Steve was born on June 5, 1964. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR and football. He was a very compassionate, kind and good-hearted man and friend to all who knew him. He was a loving husband, son and brother. He was preceded in death by his mother Audrey Pendleton, grandparents Rev. Curtis & Nell Robertson, Raymond & Edna Pendleton and Becky’s son who he treated like his own, Brandon Roberts. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 14 years Becky T. Pendleton; father Jackie Pendleton; brothers David Pendleton and girlfriend Karen Brubaker, Johnny Pendleton & wife Missy; Special nephew Jessy Pendleton; special niece Kelsey Pendleton; lifelong friends Jeff Young and BB Belcher; Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Franklin Co Humane Society Planned Pet hood Clinic, 18401 Virgil H. Goode Hwy, Rocky Mount 24151 or the charity of your choice. Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (town chapel) 7:00 p.m. Thursday with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating.
