James Theodore Meador

James Theodore Meador, Jr. age 66 of Blue Ridge passed away on Monday, April 1, 2015. He was born September 21, 1948 a son of the late James T., Sr. and Marie Adams Meador. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lonnie Lee Meadow, Sr. and Calvin Lloyd Meadows. He is survived by his brothers, Ricky Griffin Meadow (Wendy) and Gabe Wendell Meadow; sisters, Margaret Elizabeth Dickens (George), Dolores Faye Hodges (Dyrl); sister-in-law, Susan Meador; special friends, Mary Louise Cross and “Booger” Hodges; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. A special thank you to Lindsay Young, RN at 8th Floor Mountain ICU for your dedicated care not only shown but given, and also to the other staff members of 8th Floor Mountain ICU. A memorial service celebrating his life will be conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 7 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015 with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating.
