James ( Steve ) Long

James Steven Steve Long, age 56, of Boones Mill, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, January 3, 2011. Steves kind, gentle, and loving nature will be sorely missed by all that cared for him. Steve leaves to treasure his memory, his wife Maria Long; his son Steven Long of the home; father Charles A. Long; mother Edith M. Long; sister Teresa Peters; brother Gary Long; aunt Catherine Creasy; many other family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
