Janie Marie Sloan, age 74 of Boones Mill, went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 31, 2017. She is survived by her brother Simon Gibson; many nieces, nephews and friends; loving caregivers Sharon and Cierra Pitts. Graveside services will be conducted from the Gibson Family Cemetery 11:00 Wednesday with Pastor Bill Hinton officiating.
