Jeanette Turner

Teresa “Jeanette” Turner age 59 of Rocky Mount passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 with her family by her side after a long and courageous illness. She was born October 20, 1957 a daughter of the late Cleatis Hall and Mary Alice Adkins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Keith; and two brothers, Timmy and Todd Hall. She worked for Empire Foods for seven years, a job she really loved and enjoyed. She is survived by her children, Jeff Turner (Danita), Selena Ferguson (Billy) and Brian Turner; her grandchildren, Amanda, Ryan, Adam, Lindsey, Laiken, Matt and Casey; her great-granddaughter, Layla; brother, Tony Hall (Melinda); numerous nieces and nephews; and her puppies, Grizzley, Bailey and Daisy. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Dr. Jackie Spence officiating. Interment will follow in Pigg River Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m. at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Avenue, Rocky Mount.
