Joyce Adams

Joyce Marie Haymore Adams, age 60 of Rocky Mount passed away at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 9, 2020. She was born August 16, 1960 a daughter of the late Doug and Marie Haymore and was also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Carter, Sr. (Sandy); and sister, Tammy Haymore. Joyce is survived by daughters, Amber Haymore (Adam), Ashley Attaway (Justin), Destiny Smith; sons, Tyler Smith(Brandi), Brian Adams, and Shane Shown; sister, Donna Crouch; grandchildren, Courtney Stanley(Chris), Kaylee Stanley, Isabella Adams, Brittany, Olivia & Bryson Shown. She is also survived by many great- grandchildren, cousins, nieces & nephews. The family extends much love and gratitude to cousin/friend Cathy Bizzell Harvell. She also leaves behind her beloved dog of many years “Peanut”. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Conner-Bowman Funeral Home & Crematory, Rocky Mount.
