Karen Perdue Wilson age 65 passed away peacefully in her home on February 23, 2022 in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Karen was born on August 21, 1956 in Takoma Park, Maryland. Karen was preceded in death by her parents JoAnne Booth Ovack and Roy Lee Perdue. She is survived by her husband David Wilson of Rocky Mount, Virginia, Daughter Alison Belt of Manassas, Virginia, twin sister Sharon Cox of Kona, Hawaii and little sister JoiLynn Suraci of Aldi, Virginia. Nephews Justin Suraci of Reno, Nevada, Trey Cox of Kona, Hawaii, Anthony Suraci of Gainesville, Virgina. Nieces Tessa Angelo of Hilo, Hawaii, and Angela Suraci of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Karen grew up in Annandale, VA and later moved to Daytona Beach FL, where she met her first husband Billy Belt, and welcomed her one and only child, Alison. After moving back to Northern Virginia where she spent most of her years, she moved to Rocky Mount Virginia to be with her mother and other family members. Karen is to be remembered for living life on her own terms and to the fullest in every aspect. She took great pleasure in Art and loved Classic Rock and Oldies. Her eccentric style will be remembered by all. Per her request, no services are planned at this time. A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
