Kenneth Wayne Songer

Kenneth Wayne Songer, 57, of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at his home. He was born February 18, 1961 the son of the late Carl Marshall Songer and Diane Faye Joyce Songer. He was also preceded by a grandmother, Lilly B. Altizer; two nephews and one niece. Surviving are his fiancé, Rita Joyce Boitnott; children, Lindsey Nichole Songer, Cierria Nicole Bowers; siblings, James Clifford Songer (Ronda), Theresa Lynn Songer (Kevin), David Patterson. Jr. (Teresa), Kenny Altice; niece, Emily Blaire Patterson; aunt, Jackie Adams Seamster. The family will receive friends Sunday, 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., at Conner Bowman Funeral Home, 62 Virginia Market Place Drive, Rocky Mount, VA (540) 334-5151.
