Kevin Bryan Anderson

Kevin Bryan Anderson, age 42 of Rocky Mount, died at his home Saturday, October 11, 2014 in Franklin County. He was born March 18, 1972, to his parents James Woodworth Anderson, Jr. and Barbara Wills Williams. Kevin attended and graduated Christiansburg High School. After high school, Kevin enrolled online and became HVAV Technician certified and PLC’s Technician Certified. He was employed at Old Virginia Brick of Salem for 20 years and also became a black belt in martial arts. Kevin married Heather Ann Arnold December 1, 2012. He devoted all his time to his family and his home. He was a loving husband and the greatest step dad. Surviving are his wife Heather Ann Anderson; his 5 stepchildren Michael, Lorissa, Taylor, Daniel Bear and Sara; parents James Anderson and Barbara Wills Williams; his brother Mark Anderson and wife Melissa and sons Shawn Shearing and DJ Blankenship; his sister Carrie Anderson and fiancé Jimmy Fowler and son Thomas Dylan Fowler; grandmother Marjorie Anderson; aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Memorial services will be conducted from Conner Bowman Funeral Home (Rt. 220 chapel) 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2014. His family will be receiving friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
