Lilly Mae McBride

Lilly Mae McBride, 79, of Penhook, VA passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born September 4, 1942 the daughter of the late Edmund Hatchett and Daisy Ruth Arrington Hatchett. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Charles Allen McBride. Surviving are two daughters Lucinda McBride (close friend, Jimmy Jones), Teresa Poindexter (Thomas); six grandchildren, Ken (Amanda), Charles (Jessica), Cynthia, Heather (Cassi), Tabitha, Chelsea (Andy); nine great grandchildren, Heather, Ryan, Riley, Kaitlyn, Hunter, Adalyn, Mason, Hunter, Aubrey; one great great grandchild, Tinsley; two special best friends, Victoria Carbonero, Barbara Fralin. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Minister Wayne Keith and Minister Ted Clifton officiating. Interment will follow in Forrest Hill Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
