Linda Sue Nichols

Linda Sue Nichols, age 66, of Rocky Mount, VA passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020. She was born December 23, 1954 the daughter of the late James Albert Nichols and Ardella Craighead Holt. Surviving are four children, Jennifer Janney (fiancé, Bruce Martin), Roy Beckner, Michael Beckner (Terry), Hubert Dale Mitchell (Victoria); five grandchildren, Dakota Mitchell, Alyssa Mitchell, Jessica Darnell, Logan Beckner, James Fletcher; two great grandchildren, Ashley Lynch, Wayne Fletcher; four step-grandchildren, Christian Piunti, Logan Piunti, Madison MacPherson, Bryson Hodges; three sisters, Jeraldine Guilliams, Ruth Foley, Virginia Aldridge. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 noon, Thursday, at Faith Fellowship Church with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Due to the mandates by the Governor for the State of Virginia over COVID-19, we will be following the guidelines for social distancing and face masks.
