Linda Sue Tosh

Linda Sue Tosh age 64 of Rocky Mount passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. She was born November 16, 1956 a daughter of the late James C., Sr. and Audrey Irene Ayers. She was also preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Linda Ayers. Linda retired from MW Windows and she was a loving wife, mother, sister and most of all, a very proud granny. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Billy M. Tosh; her son, Kevin Tosh (Avery); grandson, Abraham Tosh; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shirley and Billy C. Tosh; her brothers and sisters, J.C. Ayers, Joyce Toney (Mike), Tommy Ayers, Norma Moore (Sonny), Debra Kirk (David) and Gary Ayers (Dianne); sister-in-law, Donna Tosh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. The family would like to say a very special thank you to Carilion Hospice, Blue Ridge Cancer Care, Dr. Mark Schmidt and April for all of the care and love shown and given during her illness. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (down-town Chapel) with the Rev. Will Waller and Mr. Ken Ziglar officiating. Interment will follow in the Ayers Family Cemetery, Glade Hill. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Due to the mandates placed by our Governor over COVID-19, we will be following the guidelines for social distancing and masks. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
