Lonnie Madison Crowe

Lonnie Madison Crowe, age 65, of Ferrum went to haul his last load of logs to Heaven on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. He was born December 12, 1947 the son of the late Edgar Crowe and Irene Richards Crowe. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Crowe and sister, Bonnie Perdue. Lonnie will be sadly missed by his family, friends and the community where he spent his entire life helping others. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Lisa Levisy; son, Jody Crowe; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Aaron Goss; grandchildren, Krystal Levisy, Kobe Levisy, Chelsea Holloway, Ireland Franklin; step grandson, D. J. Willis; great grandson, Kaleb Levisy; step great grandson, Brynson Holcomb; ex wife, Earlene Crowe; special cousin, Billy Crowe and wife, Linda; very special friend, Linda McKinney; several special nieces, nephews and faithful companion, Buddy. Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday morning at Lynch Conner Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. Calvin Hickson officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. before the service starts. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Crossroads Ruritan Club or to the charity of your choice.
