Loraine Jamison Guilliams

Loraine Jamison Guilliams, age 81 of Callaway passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at her home. Loraine will best be remembered for her faith in God, love of her family, gardening, antiquing, reading, and tending to her flowers. She was a member of Piedmont Presbyterian Church and was retired from the Franklin County Public School System. Loraine was preceded in death by her parents, George and Nicie Jamison; a sister, Burbie McBride; and her brother, Stuart Jamison. She is survived by her husband, Billy Guilliams; her daughter, Sharon Brown and husband, Mike; grandson, Landon Brown; sister, Hazel Harman and husband, Harry; brother-in-law, Herbert McBride; sister-in-law, Betty Cannaday and husband, Glen; brother-in-law, Johnny Guilliams and wife Penny; several nieces and nephews; her grand-dog, Cody. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Rev. David McCarty officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests the memorial contributions be made in her name to the Callaway Rescue Squad.
