Maizie L. Delancey

Maizie K. Delancey, age 84 of Rocky Mount, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012. She was bornFebruary 29, 1928 to the late James L. and Naomi Kendick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Guy L. Delancey; two brothers and one sister. She was a member of Assembly of God Church. Surviving are her son Guy L. Delancey (Mary); granddaughter Amy Delancey; sister Phyllis Jones (Bobby); brother Phyllip Kendrick (Leira); special nephew David and Stephanie Jones and their children; many other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Conner Bowman Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Kenny Barber officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.
