Martha Frances Weaver

Martha Frances Weaver, age 68 of Boones Mill went home to the Lord on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. She was the owner of Magic Touch Beauty Salon and a member of Bonbrook Baptist Church. Martha was born December 10, 1946, a daughter of the late Wilford and Helen Spangler and was also preceded in death by two sisters; an infant and Ellen Spangler; sister-in-law, Tammy Spangler; her former husband, Walter Weaver. Surviving are her two children, Walter (Pete) Weaver and Tara Weaver (special friend Jeff Williams); three brothers, W.D. Spangler (Shirley), Charlie Spangler (Bridget) and Jimmy Spangler (Vanessa); three sisters, Gladys Weaver, Joyce (Tootsie) St. Clair, Kathy Angel; two grandchildren, Chase Weaver (Chelsea) and Kaley Weaver; one great-grandchild, Mykenzie Weaver; many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends, Shirley Campbell, Pat Moneymaker, Anita Arrington, Belinda Webb, Becky Young and many more too numerous to mention. Upon her request, her body has been donated to Science. It is the Family’s request for those desiring to do so, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Charles Strickler Transplant Center at UVA, P.O. Box 800265, Charlottesville, VA 22908, Attn: Administrator. A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Bonbrook Baptist Church.
