Michael Pinto

Michael Pinto, age 54, of Ferrum, went to be with our Lord on Monday, January 26. Mike was born November 24, 1960 in New York. He was a very caring and loving person to family and friends. He was dedicated to his enormous amount of customers over the years, and enjoyed working with his family at Berglund Chrysler Jeep. He took great pleasure in working with each one. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph A. Pinto; and his stepdad, James Hall. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Patricia, of the home; his son Tony (Jessica) Pinto, also of the home; his daughter Michelle (Ben) Lamm of Henry. He is also survived by his mother Mary Boyd Clingenpeel and stepfather Danny Clingenpeel; four brothers, Joe Pinto (Traci), Anthony Pinto (Tammy), Jesse Hall and Jeff Clingenpeel (Wendy); his sisters Kathy Hodges (Wayne) and Cindy Bowman (Ray). Mike is also leaving behind two beautiful grandchildren Levi Lamm and Josey Lamm; and a huge family of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews that were all very special to him. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, January 29 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home (Rt. 220 Chapel) with Rev. Mark Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery on Henry Road (Route 605). The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:30 pm, Wednesday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, Rt. 220, 62 Virginia Market Place Drive, Rocky Mount, Virginia. 540-334-5151
