Moses Warren Lewis

Moses Warren Lewis, age 21 of Wirtz passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Dawn Marie Lewis. He is survived by his father, Robert James (Bobby) Lewis, Jr.; his grandparents who raised him, Robert James, Sr. (Bob) and Linda Lewis; aunts and uncles, Constance Lewis, Michael Lewis (Jennifer) and Dale Lewis (Rebecca) all of Franklin County; great-uncle Donald Lewis, Kirkwood, PA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made directly to Conner-Bowman Funeral Home either by phone or mail to be applied towards funeral expenses. Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Friday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Smithers and Pastors Bill and Teresa Pagans officiating.
