Nancy Sue Harman

Nancy Sue Harman age 49 of Rocky Mount passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at her home. She was born on September 19, 1973 a daughter of the late Millard Gillespie and Hazel Stanley Cook. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Nick Stanley.

Nancy was a loving and caring person and one of her favorite things to do was to go fishing as it was one of her joys of life. She will be missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Harman; brothers, Clyde Patrick, Ray Gillespie, and Calvin Willard; special uncle, Arlis Cook; her feline companion who was like a child, Smokey. She is also survived by other close family members and friends.

The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s name to Franklin County Humane Society/Planned Pethood, 18401 Virgil H Goode Hwy Rocky Mount, VA 24151.

Her family will receive friends on Saturday, March 18th from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home.
