Noah Mills

Noah E. Mills, Jr. (Eddie), age 78 of Callaway passed away Friday, July 9, 2010. He was born September 18, 1931 to the late Noah E. Mills, Sr. and Hattie Green Mills. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Albert Earl Mills and two sisters Lorene Jennings and Pearl Clark. Mr. Mills was a veteran of the US Army having served in Korea. He loved the outdoors and never met a stranger. Surviving is his loving wife of 57 years Doris H. Mills; sons Ronald Dale Mills and wife Vicki, Jerome M. Mills, Sr. and wife Judy; grandchildren Kristoffer Mills, Derek Mills, Jerome Mills, Jr.; one great-grandchild Liam Mills; brothers & sisters Paul Franklin Mills and wife Judy, Claude Robert Mills and wife Nancy, Sylvester Sibby Byrd, and Velva Byrd; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Monday with Minister Larry Meador officiating. Interment will follow in the Mills family Cemetery.
